This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (2) Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu tantangan tersendiri dalam setiap perusahaan. This researc has the objective to describe and analyze the implementation of the results of job analysis and workload analysis on human resource management activities in the Office of the Public Library Malang to improve employee performance. Present study concludes that: the procurement of lecturers at Avicenna Kendari STIKES includes the stages: 1) needs analysis, 2) job analysis, 3) recruitment. Job analysis and workload analysis is a tool that can help to provide a relevant consideration employment policy formulation, management, institutional and supervision. The issue of overlapping duties and functions, overlapping workloads, and subjectivity redistribution employees are human resource management issues are complicated and difficult to solve especially in public sector organizations. 2.1 Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia 2.1.1 Pengertian Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Manajemen sumber daya manusia (human resources management) adalah rangkaian aktivitas organisasi yang diarahkan untuk menarik, mengembangkan, dan mempertahankan tenaga kerja yang efektif.
